The Cunningham Award
The Murray Cunningham Astrophotography Award (pdf) was established by the Halifax Centre in 2003 to promote interest among centre members in astrophotography, including digital imaging. The award is named after Dr. Murray Cunningham, one of the centre's founding members and long-time Honorary President, who always displayed a sense of wonder and marvel when looking at the photographic achievements of Centre members.
