The keynote speaker and special guest at Nova East 2010 will be Charles O'Reilly, Chief of Tidal Analysis and Prediction (CHS/Atlantic Region). He has been active in coastal zone management issues, remote sensing and the establishment of 3-D vertical datum transforms. He has also been very active in researching the impacts of rising sea levels, storm surges and tsunamis.

Nova East registrants have access to all events, including all talks, workshops and presentations on Saturday and Sunday, three nights of observing (weather permitting!), three astronomers' breakfasts, the door prize draw, and the tour of St. Croix Observatory. Nova East Registrants have onsite parking (if camping) or adjacent site parking (if not camping).

Bringing the stars to the public is a goal of every Nova East - please check at the event tent for a list of public events.
