The Minas Astronomy Group (MAG) is an informal group of amateur astronomers who met monthly in Avonport, NS. This group has not reconvened since the 2020 pandemic but the records are retained as an historical record of a partner organization.

Astronomy Nova Scotia provides a listing of all astronomy-related events including special lectures, planetarium shows, and public observing events.

Saint Mary's University Department of Astronomy & Physics offers undergraduate and graduate level astronomy & physics degrees.

The RASC New Brunswick Centre meets on the 2nd or 3rd Saturday of the month in Moncton, St. John or Fredericton.

Astronomers Without Borders (AWB) brings the world together to share their passion of astronomy and the wonders of the Universe. AWB is dedicated to fostering understanding and goodwill across national and cultural boundaries by creating relationships through the universal appeal of astronomy.

A special group of RASC members from across the country also belong to the "Royal" Astronomical Society of Daves (RASD) which has 7 Nova Scotia members: VIII Lane, XI Turner, XVII Chapman, XXI Parsons, XXX Chiasson, XXXIII Griffith, XXXVII Hoskin, and XXXVIII Robertson.
